“Casa Strelitzia” is the biggest house of the six cottages overlooking the beam. It has a capacity of 7 beds arranged on two levels.
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen equipped with double height fireplace, a newly renovated bathroom with a large shower, a double bedroom with a lounge room, facing the beam, which corresponds to the old barn where you can still see the stone troughs , furnished with a sofa bed. Much of the furniture in the house are family and have been deliberately left by the hosts to maintain the ancient and warm atmosphere.
Upstairs, accessible by a wooden staircase, there is a double bedroom and a small mezzanine that overlooks the large kitchen, where there is a single bed. Thanks to the fully functional fireplace and conditioners hot-cold, the house can be used both for the summer holidays for the winter holiday
season.
The house is also enhanced by a large terrace in the shade of a fragrant jasmine and ancient woven with a majestic American vine with stunning views of the Gulf of Castellammare, furnished with dining table, chairs and barbecue.
From the house also gives access to a large outdoor area with lawn surrounded by dozens of ancient “Strelitzia reginae” and furnished with lounge chairs where you can enjoy the beautiful view, especially at sunset.
